Networking dinner with Chiropractors

Our Orthopaedic Centre of Excellence recently hosted an enlightening networking and sharing session attended by over 50 chiropractors! Held on the 25th of October, the evening featured sharings by a line-up of distinguished speakers, which include:

• Dr Lau Choon Ping, our Consultant Spine Surgeon, who presented about spine problems that do not respond to conservative treatment, highlighting complex cases and inviting active discussions from attendees.
• Dr Jeffrey jaya Raj, our Consultant Orthopaedic & Trauma, Arthroplasty & Robotic Surgeon, who shared insights into common ligament injuries around joints, including detailed case studies on trauma and arthroplasty.
• Mr Wong Yi Kai, President of the Chiropractic Association of Malaysia, who gave a comprehensive introduction titled Chiropractic 101, enhancing foundational knowledge of chiropractic principles and practice.
• Mr Li Chee Chong, out Radiology Department Senior Manager, who discussed advancements in imaging technology and showcased innovative diagnostic tools that are transforming patient care.

Attendees lingered long after the programme ended, mingling with one another and engaging in deep discussions with our specialists. The event demonstrated the vital role of collaboration in advancing the field, leaving attendees inspired to explore further integration between chiropractic and orthopaedic services.
